David Peebles MSc, MCT, Dip M, MCIM, FCIBS
In addition to holding Treasury posts with HSBC and Midland Montagu, he also held a number of executive level appointments within the NAB Group. After an initial role as Treasurer of Clydesdale Bank PLC, he was appointed Head of Financial Markets for the group’s European regional banks, which encompassed responsibility for all treasury activity within Clydesdale, Yorkshire, Northern, and National Irish Banks. He has also enjoyed two spells with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc where he was Head of Corporate Treasury for Scotland and Director of Corporate Finance. David has a highly developed blend of commercial, technical and people skills and an outstanding track record of client delivery, people development and leadership. He is a full-member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, a Chartered Banker and a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. In addition, David is a Non-Executive Director of the Scottish Building Society. |
