John is a highly experienced technology project management professional whose experience spans four decades. He has been responsible for leading and training project management teams within major organisations and for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
John’s core skills encompass project planning and management, business analysis techniques, data analysis, logical design and quality assurance.
He has wide experience in systems development and implementation including user definition requirements specification, gap analysis, RFP development, package selection and modification, and configuration management.
