Mike Gibb FCIBS
He spent much of his career with Royal Bank of Scotland in the Treasury and Capital Markets sphere, specialising in FX and interest rate markets. During this time he held various senior posts in the UK and overseas, including periods as Treasurer for RBS Singapore and Head of Interest Rate Risk. As a seasoned Treasury practitioner with a strong pedigree in establishing, developing and running Treasury businesses, Mike provides XMI’s clients with a valuable knowledge base and a practical ‘hands-on’ approach. As well as being involved with many of our Treasury Front, Middle and Back Office projects, he also specialises in the provision of advice and solutions in risk management, liquidity management and asset & liability management. Mike is a Chartered Banker and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
