  • Review the interaction between Treasury and other key functions within the Bank, particularly Wealth Management, Business & Corporate Banking and any ‘internal’ customers, to maximise cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct an independent review of potentially suitable foreign exchange platforms/portals
  • Ensure that strategic plans are internally consistent with Bank’s higher level Corporate Strategy and that they incur only acceptable and clearly measured risks
  •  Develop plans that are resourced and managerially supportable
